Trainer & Assessor – Laboratory Skills, Techniques and Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Laboratory Trainer & Assessor to join our rapidly expanding team.

ABC Training are the Laboratory Training Specialists, delivering industry-relevant training across multiple areas including construction materials, mining, medical, food, commodities and export/import, pharmaceutical, environmental science, and soil testing.

With continued growth in our industry laboratory and science-based training streams, we are seeking high-quality professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience in laboratory operations, testing, and compliance.

Essential Criteria

Significant practical experience in a laboratory environment ( construction materials, mining, medical, food, commodities and export/import, pharmaceutical, environmental science, and soil testing.).
Strong understanding of NATA requirements and their application in laboratory settings.
Relevant qualifications in Laboratory Operations, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related discipline.
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
Previous training, mentoring, or supervisory experience in a laboratory environment.
High level of computer literacy.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with WHS and environmental legislation.
